Shanghai Me in London is seeking a passionate Dim Sum Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at one of the city’s leading luxury Pan-Asian dining destinations. You will work with the senior kitchen team to prepare and present high-quality dim sum dishes with precision and consistency in a premium, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a dim sum or Asian cuisine section
• Strong knowledge of dim sum preparation techniques and presentation
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Solid understanding of food hygiene, HACCP and kitchen safety standards
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-focused approach

Shanghai Me is looking for a passionate Dim Sum Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at one of London’s leading luxury Pan-Asian dining destinations.

Working alongside the senior kitchen team, you’ll take responsibility for your section, preparing and presenting high-quality dim sum dishes with precision, consistency and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for a skilled chef with a passion for Asian cuisine to develop their expertise within a premium, fast-paced kitchen.
