Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a Digital Workplace Manager to shape and deliver modern workplace transformations across London and Manchester. You will guide clients through M365, collaboration and AI-enabled initiatives, balancing technology with business goals.

In this role you will manage diverse project teams, develop client-facing materials, contribute to proposals and lead engagements that improve productivity, security and employee experience within a global technology services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Digital Workplace transformations across large organisations.
• Ability to balance technology with business outcomes and user experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on Digital Workplace solutions such as M365 stacks and Gen-AI.
• Deliver workplace transformations leveraging collaboration tools, automation, mobility and analytics.
• Support development of Digital Workplace capabilities as a SME in areas like digital identity and security.
• Manage diverse project teams, including onshore/offshore personnel and third parties.
• Develop client-facing assets based on technical expertise.
• Contribute to RFPs and business case development with positioning and solutioning.
• Create presentations for senior stakeholders and perform project management activities.
