Job summary

Avanade is seeking a leader to shape future-ready workplace solutions within its Modern Workplace Engineering Practice in the UK. You will drive transformation programs, customer engagements, and architecture that blends cloud-first strategies with intelligent automation to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll work with top global clients, shaping proposals, delivering executive presentations, and mentoring colleagues as part of a global community focused on secure, AI-enabled workplace

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting and supporting the sales and delivery of modern workplace solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 adoption, governance, and security, including Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and compliance.
• Track record leading enterprise-scale digital workplace transformations with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and deliver future-ready workplace solutions that drive growth and employee experience.
• Collaborate with account teams to shape and coordinate delivery of workplace transformation programs.
• Develop pragmatic roadmaps to maximize value of Microsoft investments and governance.
• Lead modern workplace architectures grounded in Zero Trust, cloud-first principles, and automation.
