Job summary

Elsevier, a global information analytics leader, seeks a Digital Workplace and Security Communications Manager to translate technical concepts into practical colleague communications across Technology and Global Communications. You will help drive AI enablement, secure ways of working and adoption of new tools.

Working with senior technology leaders, you will deliver coordinated, timely campaigns and content across channels, enabling a well-informed, engaged workforce worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in internal/employee or corporate communications.
• Experience developing campaigns for broad audiences.
• Strong writing and editing skills, translating technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting technology change, platform transitions, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Understanding of how communications drive adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Experience managing content calendars and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with channels such as SharePoint, intranets, Viva Engage, Slack, email updates or knowledge hubs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver colleague communications supporting digital workplace, security, tooling and AI enablement priorities.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, practical communications for broad audiences.
• Support communication priorities of senior technology and security leaders.
• Create and coordinate communication plans, campaigns and content calendars.
• Support technology change initiatives and digital workplace programmes.
• Deliver communications that encourage adoption of new tools and new ways of working.
• Partner with Technology, Security, End User Computing, AI Enablement and Communications teams.
• Ensure communications are timely, coordinated, accessible and aligned across channels.
