Elsevier seeks a Digital Workplace and Security Communications Manager to develop, coordinate and deliver colleague communications supporting digital workplace priorities, security and AI enablement. You will translate technical information into practical messages that help colleagues understand change and adopt new tools.

You will partner with senior technology and security leaders to deliver timely, accessible communications across the business while coordinating campaigns, content calendars

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing or PR.
• Experience in internal communications, change communications or corporate communications.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, practical communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to tailor messages for varied audiences.
• Experience supporting technology change, platform transitions, tooling updates or digital workplace initiatives.
• Understanding how communications enable tool adoption and new ways of working.
• Strong planning and coordination in managing content calendars and stakeholder briefs.
• Experience with channels like SharePoint, intranets, Viva Engage, Slack, email updates or knowledge hubs.

• Develop and deliver colleague communications for digital workplace, security, tooling and AI enablement priorities.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, practical communications for broad audiences.
• Support senior technology and security leaders and coordinated communications across the business.
• Create communication plans, campaigns and content calendars aligned to priorities and governance.
• Support technology change initiatives and tool updates across digital workplace programmes.
• Deliver communications that encourage adoption of new tools and new ways of working.
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, End User Computing, AI Enablement, TechDesk, Tooling and Communications teams.
• Ensure communications are timely, coordinated, accessible and channel-aligned.
