Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Digital Workplace Communications Manager to develop and coordinate colleague communications across digital workplace, security, AI enablement and technology tooling. You will translate technical concepts into clear, practical messages that drive adoption and secure ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, Business or related field, or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Experience in internal, employee or corporate communications.
• Experience delivering campaigns to broad and varied audiences.
• Strong writing and editing skills to translate technical information into clear communications.
• Experience supporting technology change, platform transitions and digital workplace initiatives.
• Ability to plan and coordinate content calendars and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing channels such as SharePoint, intranets, Viva Engage, Slack, emails or knowledge hubs.
• Good judgment, attention to detail and ability to use digital and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver colleague communications for digital workplace, security, tools and AI enablement.
• Translate complex topics into clear, practical communications for broad audiences.
• Coordinate communication plans, campaigns and content calendars aligned to priorities.
• Support technology change initiatives, platform updates and digital workplace programmes.
• Deliver communications that encourage adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Partner with Technology, Security, End User Computing, AI Enablement, Tooling and Communications teams.
• Ensure communications are timely, accessible and aligned across channels.
