Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Digital Workplace Communications Manager to develop and coordinate colleague communications around digital workplace, security, tooling and AI enablement. You will translate technical information into clear, practical messages for diverse audiences and work with senior technology leaders to ensure coordinated communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, Business or related field, or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Experience in internal communications, employee communications or change communications.
• Experience delivering campaigns to broad audiences.
• Strong writing and editing skills; can translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting technology change, digital workplace initiatives or similar programmes.
• Ability to plan and coordinate content calendars and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using SharePoint, intranets and collaboration channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver colleague communications for digital workplace, security, AI enablement priorities.
• Translate complex topics into clear, practical communications for broad audiences.
• Support senior technology and security leaders with coordinated communications.
• Create and coordinate communication plans, campaigns and calendars.
• Support platform transitions, tooling updates and digital workplace initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new tools and changes in ways of working.
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, End User Computing, AI Enablement and Communications teams.
• Ensure communications are timely, accessible and aligned across channels.
