Job summary

The Travel Corporation (TTC) invites applications for a Technology Project Manager within TTC Tech to lead complex, customer-facing digital and commerce change across our brands. You will shape and deliver the Create an Account, logged-in experiences, and Build a Trip, coordinating with product, brand and technology teams.

Reporting to the Head of PMO, you’ll navigate dependencies across Salesforce, Tropics, Omnichannel and OMS, ensure governance, and drive outcomes from definition to launch and

Qualifications

• Experience managing software or digital transformation projects from definition to launch in a complex organisation.
• Proven delivery of customer facing digital products, e-commerce, booking, reservations, CRM or customer identity software.
• Experience managing scope, planning, design, build, integration, testing, release and post launch support.

Responsibilities

• Own the assignment from definition through to launch, hypercare and transition to BAU.
• Build and maintain a credible integrated plan across brand, product, technology and suppliers.
• Connect the digital experience with account, product, pricing, basket, booking and payment capabilities.
• Collaborate with leaders of Salesforce, Tropics, Omnichannel and OMS to clarify deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, design, engineering, data, QA, security and operations.
• Build trusted relationships with brand leaders, sponsors and delivery partners and secure decisions.
• Apply TTC Tech delivery framework with governance and risk management.
• Coordinate testing, business readiness and launch activity with measurable post-launch outcomes.
