Job summary

The Design Museum seeks a proactive Product and Programme Manager to support and enhance our business systems and deliver key digital projects across the organisation. You will lead across departments, combining systems administration, stakeholder engagement and project delivery to improve processes and digital services.

Reporting to the Head of IT & AV, you will shape how technology supports the museum's mission as a global hub for design's transformative potential.

Qualifications

PM experience or a formal qualification (PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent).
Proven delivery of multiple SaaS ERP implementations, ideally including Microsoft, cloud-based and trading systems.
Strong business analysis skills across systems such as websites, EPoS, CRM, ecommerce and data management platforms.

Responsibilities

Administering and improving integrated business systems (CRM, ticketing and retail).
Leading and delivering digital transformation projects with effective stakeholder management.
Supporting data quality, governance, security and compliance across key platforms.
Enhancing integrations, automation and digital services with internal and external partners.
