We are now looking for a Head of Change & Transformation to join our digital transformation & excellence team. The Digital Transformation & Excellence team is responsible for overseeing and driving the Remote Service Operations Governance, Transformation, Quality, and Continual Improvement agenda, ensuring successful and continuous business evolution, effectiveness, and control. This includes ensuring consistent global delivery and best practices, such as the end-to-end operational enablement of strategic change programs, like the deployment of new technology and operating models, and simplifying or removing complex or inefficient processes and legacy structures.
What you’ll do
As the Head of Change & Transformation, you will work closely with Operational, Service, and Technical Leads. You will be responsible for ensuring our resources, processes, and tools are enabled to deliver target operational outcomes efficiently. You will also be accountable for delivering continuous improvement throughout the operation working with Group Managed Services Product, Service, and Delivery Leads.
