I am hiring Technology Operating Model Consultants to join a leading transformation team driving large-scale change across industries. You’ll be advising and delivering solutions that reshape how businesses operate – embedding agility, improving customer and employee experience, and enabling cloud-first delivery.

The Role Covers:

• Agile ways of working & product-centric models
• Strategic Advisory & Delivery Management
• Service Management / ITIL / Value Stream Mapping
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape future IT functions

You’ll need experience in some of the following:

• Operating model or organisational design
• Agile, Product Ownership or Product Management principles
• ITSM / ITIL frameworks
• Delivery or transformation within complex tech environments
• Business analysis or requirements elicitation
• Value stream or process mapping
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting mindset

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, ideal for someone who’s worked in transformation programmes or within a consultancy setting and wants to drive real impact.

Clearance:
