Job summary

Trident Group in Erdington, Birmingham, is seeking a Digital Experience Officer to own and lead the organisation's business systems, including Housing Management, CRM and core business applications, driving development, usage, training and continuous improvement. You will bridge technology and business operations and lead the Digital Champions programme to embed digital adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

Housing-sector systems and enterprise applications experience within social housing context.
Hands-on experience with core business applications and BAU and project delivery.
Knowledge of Power Platform, especially Power Automate, to improve operations.

Responsibilities

Own the development and strategic direction of core business systems (Housing, Finance, HR, LMS, CRM).
Gather requirements, document and prioritise needs for vendors and delivery partners.
Lead Power Automate workflows and digital forms implementation with governance.
Ensure reporting needs are identified and data quality is maintained across systems.
Design and deliver training plans and change support for system rollouts.
Drive digital inclusion and adoption across teams with targeted interventions.
