Job summary

Trident Group in Erdington, Birmingham, is seeking a Digital Experience Officer to own and lead the organisation's business systems, including Housing Management, CRM, and core apps. You will drive development, usage, training, and continuous improvement while embedding digital adoption across the organisation.

As a bridge between technology and business operations, you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate needs into system solutions and lead the Digital Champions

Qualifications

• Experience with housing-sector systems (Rubixx, Dynamics, Orchard).
• Proven ability in business analysis and system delivery across BAU and projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational and strategic development of core business systems (Housing Management, Finance, HR, LMS, CRM).
• Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into clear specs for vendors and developers.
• Own development and implementation of Power Automate workflows and digital forms.
• Collaborate with Insights and Innovation to identify reporting needs and ensure data quality.
• Design and deliver training plans and change communications for system rollouts and upgrades.
• Drive digital inclusion and adoption with targeted interventions to raise capability.
• Support compliance with information governance and security policies.
