GE Vernova seeks an experienced Manager – Digital Transformation to lead Lisburn site DT and global programs. You will partner with site leadership, manufacturing, engineering and R&D to translate business needs into scalable DT solutions while promoting reuse of standard platforms.

The role emphasizes governance, project leadership, cybersecurity alignment and cross-functional collaboration across enterprise IT and operations. Relocation support may be provided where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• Experience leading IT/DT within industrial manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing-site infrastructure and services.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP-enabled processes.
• Proven project or program-management experience in global/matrix setup.
• ISO 27001, cybersecurity or related certifications are beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary Digital Technology contact for Lisburn site with cross-functional partners.
• Plan, initiate and lead end-to-end DT projects and programs globally.
• Provide governance, reporting, and execution excellence across the GA DT org.
• Support lifecycle planning and modernization of site infrastructure and apps.
• Ensure alignment with DT standards and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate budget, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Drive standardization, harmonization and reuse of global platforms.
