GE Vernova seeks an experienced Manager – Digital Transformation to lead Grid Automation DT initiatives at its Lisburn site in Northern Ireland. The role spans manufacturing operations, engineering/R&D, and enterprise applications, promoting standard platforms and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include site reliability leadership, global project delivery, and governance for the Grid Automation DT program, with emphasis on cybersecurity and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Digital Technology / IT within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting or leading IT / DT activities within a manufacturing site.
• Good understanding of manufacturing-site infrastructure (networks, servers, end-user computing, connectivity, hosting, backup, resilience).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise and business applications; strong business-process understanding.
• Knowledge of SAP and general ERP-enabled processes; cybersecurity awareness.
• Proven project/program management in global or matrix organizations; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as Digital Technology Site Reliability Leader for Lisburn, ensuring reliable, secure DT services across operations.
• Plan, initiate and lead end-to-end Digital Technology projects and programs globally across multiple functions.
• Support the DT PMO with governance, portfolio management, and roadmap visibility.
• Promote reuse of global platforms, standard solutions and minimize local customization.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001/27002 and cybersecurity standards; manage risks and resilience.
