Job summary

Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a strategic leader to drive digital transformation and change across the organisation and the wider third sector in Dumfries and Galloway. You will develop and deliver a digital roadmap, champion core platforms, and lead efforts to improve digital inclusion and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives across organisations and sectors.
• Strong ability to translate data and evidence into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and partners.
• Knowledge of rural digital inclusion and strategies to address digital exclusion.
• Comfort with piloting AI tools and new digital approaches.
• Experience leading change management and staff capability-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation roadmap for TSDG, covering systems, data and processes.
• Champion effective use of core digital platforms and collaboration tools across the organisation.
• Drive change management through communication and training to embed new tools and ways of working.
• Identify and pilot innovative digital approaches, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead the use and governance of the digital collaboration tool and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with third sector organisations to raise digital maturity and promote shared tools and best practices.
• Participate in Local to National learning pilots and chair a Local Digital Steering Group to embed digital inclusion.
• Produce clear evidence and recommendations for partners, funders and decision-makers.
• Represent digital transformation interests in partnerships, strategy groups and funding conversations.
• Support colleagues across TSDG and contribute to effective team working in line with our values.
