Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Change Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of complex digital, data and technology projects across the Digital, Technology & Innovation service, ensuring value, quality and measurable outcomes.

You will build delivery frameworks, improve governance, and develop a high-performing team of delivery specialists and technical staff, guiding projects from inception to operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology, systems and data projects.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks, change management and governance.
