Job summary

Opus Technology Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to identify, shape and prioritise opportunities that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and business value. You will work with senior leaders to understand current operations, build evidence-based business cases and support decision-making that drives measurable results.

Hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the Reigate office with a salary in the range of £60-£70k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst identifying opportunities to improve operations and outcomes.
• Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Strong skills in gathering requirements and producing process maps/workflow analyses.
• Experience assessing impacts, dependencies and risks to support evidence-based decisions.
• Track record of implementing end-to-end process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases and defining measurable benefits and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, customer outcomes and business performance.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Diagnose operational challenges and identify root causes.
• Maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and produce process maps.
• Assess impacts, dependencies and risks to support decisions.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Recommend practical improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop business cases and define measurable benefits and ROI.
