Job summary

Opus Technology Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to identify, shape and prioritise opportunities that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and business value. You will work with senior leaders to understand current operations, build evidence-based business cases and support decision-making that drives measurable results.

Hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the Reigate office with a salary in the range of £60-£70k depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst identifying opportunities to improve operations and outcomes.
  • Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Strong skills in gathering requirements and producing process maps/workflow analyses.
  • Experience assessing impacts, dependencies and risks to support evidence-based decisions.
  • Track record of implementing end-to-end process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience developing business cases and defining measurable benefits and ROI.

As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help identify, shape and prioritise opportunities that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and business value across the organisation.

Working alongside senior operational leaders to understand how the business currently operates, identify opportunities for improvement, build evidence-based business cases and support decision-making that drives measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Discovery
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, customer outcomes and business performance
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Diagnose operational challenges and identify root causes

You are not expected to design solutions, build integrations or develop systems yourself. Instead, you will help identify where technology can create value and work with specialist internal and external delivery teams to turn opportunities into outcomes.
