Job summary

Opus Business Systems Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to identify, shape and prioritise opportunities that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and business value. You will work with senior leaders to understand current operations, build evidence-based business cases and support decision-making for measurable outcomes.

Hybrid working—2-3 days a week in the Reigate office. Salary £60-£70k DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, shaping and prioritising opportunities to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
• Ability to gather and analyse business requirements and produce process maps/workflow analyses.
• Ability to support evidence-based decision-making and ROI assessments.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Discovery: identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and performance.
• Business Analysis: gather requirements, map processes, assess impacts and risks.
• Process Improvement: analyse end-to-end processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Develop business cases and define measurable benefits and success criteria.
• Support capability maturity and transformation programmes.
