The ideal candidate will be focused, energetic, with a passion for digital transformation and strong stakeholder management across agile and waterfall environments. Salary up to £80,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of eliciting requirements for IT products.
• Experience delivering digital transformation projects.
• Ability to work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, validate and document business requirements for IT products.
• Build understanding of business processes and SOPs.
• Document project objectives and benefits.
• Translate needs into prioritised user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create as-is and to-be process maps.
• Produce wireframes and mock-ups to support requirements.
• Liaise with business and 3rd party suppliers throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage expectations.
• Support change management, training and adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through peer reviews.
