Job summary

BMW Group in the UK is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst Intern for the 2027/2028 placement year at BMW Financial Services Farnborough. You will gain hands-on experience across sales operations, digital transformation and process improvement, collaborating with Commercial Sales teams, IT developers and Process Specialists to deliver meaningful improvements for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and team player attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Alphabet Motion and digital technology in customer experience.
• Collaborate with IT Development teams in an Agile environment on sprint cycles.
• Represent the voice of the customer in system development and improvements.
• Coordinate UAT, release testing and regression testing with detailed test scripts.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual workarounds.
• Partner with Commercial Process Specialists on improvement projects to boost efficiency.
