Job summary

BMW UK in Farnborough is offering a Network Digitalisation placement starting July 2027. You will analyse customer journeys, generate data-driven insights, and support digital systems powering next-generation sales channels for BMW and MINI brands.

Collaborate with stakeholders, produce reports, and contribute to multi-disciplinary projects from day one. You will develop skills in Power BI, Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint while working within a fast-paced team focused on transforming customer

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 degree in Business, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related subject.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to solve business challenges.
• Passion for digital innovation, technology and AI.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive analysis of customer sales enquiries, identifying trends and performance variance across the Retail network.
• Creating content for our National Retailer Communications Portal.
• Designing and delivering ad-hoc reports and presentations for use across the department and wider company.
• Tracking all online and agency vehicle sales made by the BMW and MINI brands and providing reporting to the Senior Management team.
• Working with the team to provide a comprehensive suite of sales channel reporting and business insights.
• Delivering monthly and yearly KPI achievement projections.
• Collecting feedback on the use of sales tools and enquiry handling.
