Job summary

BMW Group Farnborough is offering a Digital Transformation Analyst placement for 2027/2028. You will gain hands-on experience across sales operations, digital transformation and process improvement, working with Commercial Sales teams, IT developers and Process Specialists to deliver meaningful improvements for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate expected to achieve a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with passion for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Alphabet Motion and how digital tech enhances the customer experience.
• Collaborate with IT Development teams in an Agile environment to deliver system enhancements.
• Represent the voice of the customer during development and improvement activities.
• Coordinate UAT, release testing and regression testing with detailed test scripts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify workflows and reduce manual workarounds.
• Partner with Commercial Process Specialists on improvement projects to boost efficiency and service.
• Gain exposure to stakeholder management, business analysis and digital transformation initiatives.
