Job summary

BMW Group in Farnborough offers a placement in Network Digitalisation, starting July 2027. You will analyse customer journeys, generate data-driven insights, and support digital systems powering sales channels.

You’ll work with experienced professionals, collaborate across stakeholders, and contribute to projects impacting customers and retailer networks. The role focuses on Power BI, Excel and presentation delivery, with exposure to ad-hoc reporting, KPI projections, and multi-discipline

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 degree in Business, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related subject.
• Passion for digital innovation, technology and AI.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive analysis of customer sales inquiries and trends.
• Create content for the National Retailer Communications Portal.
• Design and deliver ad-hoc reports and presentations.
• Track online and agency vehicle sales and report to senior management.
• Provide sales channel insights and propose improved solutions.
• Deliver monthly and yearly KPI projections.
• Collect feedback on sales tools and enquiry handling.
• Coordinate department newsletters.
• Opportunity to join special projects linked to studies.
• Network across the business on multi-discipline projects.
• Develop skills in Power BI, Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint.
