University of East London is implementing Ellucian Banner to support students from application through graduation. As a Digital Trainer, you will design, develop and deliver training for staff and students, creating user guides, videos and e-learning resources to enable a smooth adoption of the new system.

You will work with the SRS Transformation Programme and IT Services to identify needs, tailor solutions, and support post-go-live training and drop-in sessions across campuses.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computing or equivalent IT qualification is essential.
• Experience in IT or digital skills training is required.
• Knowledge of Higher Education student records systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training for staff and students.
• Create clear learning materials including user guides, instructional videos and e-learning courses.
• Identify training needs and tailor learning solutions for different audiences.
• Support post-go-live activities with refresher training and just-in-time resources.
