Ellucian, a leading higher-education SaaS provider, is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team in the United Kingdom. You will partner with customers to implement and optimize Ellucian Banner and related solutions, guiding complex deployments and achieving measurable value from technology investments.

As a trusted advisor, you will mentor consultants, drive delivery governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of practical experience with Ellucian Banner and the higher education sector.
• 3+ years of implementation and upgrade experience with Ellucian products or comparable ERP/SIS solutions.
• Strong consulting and product expertise relevant to Banner Student.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality implementation consulting services across assignments with accountability for delivery.
• Understand institutional objectives and translate needs into effective Banner Student adoption.
• Guide customers through SaaS transformation initiatives to modernise processes and improve operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery activities and manage dependencies.
• Identify risks and issues early, applying structured problem‑solving to deliver practical solutions.
• Apply Ellucian methodologies to improve implementation quality and time-to-value.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives and project leaders, guiding decisions.
