Job summary

Coleg Gwent - Crosskeys Campus seeks a Digital Trainer to deliver engaging face-to-face, online and blended training across the college. You will help colleagues develop their digital skills and maximise the use of Microsoft 365, approved systems and emerging technologies, including AI where appropriate.

The role requires clear communication, adaptability to varying levels of digital experience and a willingness to support learners across the college community.

Qualifications

• Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification within a set period.
• Experience delivering training in Microsoft 365 and related technologies is desirable.
• Ability to tailor training to different levels of digital experience.

Are you passionate about technology and helping people feel confident using it?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Digital Trainer to help colleagues across the college develop their digital skills and make the most of the technology available to them.

You’ll deliver engaging face-to-face, online and blended training, including workshops, webinars, drop-ins and one-to-one support. You’ll help colleagues get the best from Microsoft 365, approved college systems and emerging technologies, including AI where appropriate. You’ll be a confident communicator who can make technology simple, practical and engaging for people with different levels of digital experience.

You’ll be curious about new technology, enjoy helping others learn and have the ability to turn digital tools into practical solutions that make a difference.

The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.
