Job summary

Coleg Gwent - Crosskeys Campus seeks a Digital Trainer to deliver engaging face-to-face, online and blended training across the college. You will help colleagues develop their digital skills and maximise the use of Microsoft 365, approved systems and emerging technologies, including AI where appropriate.

The role requires clear communication, adaptability to varying levels of digital experience and a willingness to support learners across the college community.

Qualifications

• Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification within a set period.
• Experience delivering training in Microsoft 365 and related technologies is desirable.
• Ability to tailor training to different levels of digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging face-to-face, online and blended training.
• Provide workshops, webinars, drop-ins and one-to-one support.
• Help colleagues get the best from Microsoft 365 and emerging technologies.
