Job summary

ASOS is looking for a Digital Trading Assistant to support day-to-day trading, optimisation and site management across devices. You’ll help with merchandising, on-site pages and search, while working with the Digital Trading Specialist and Manager to balance commercial aims with brand priorities.

In this role you’ll generate trade reports, analyse customer engagement and help optimise journeys across markets. A focus on inclusion is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain website standards to maximise performance and customer journey.
• Produce trade reporting and ad hoc analyses of engagement.
• Interpret performance data to optimise journeys and onsite experience.
• Support category/navigation optimisation across channels/devices.
• Oversee onsite search management and market configuration.
• Coordinate homepage, promos and CRM processes with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trade events and initiatives.
• Assist launches of campaigns and new digital features.
• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in daily work.
