Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Digital Trading Assistant to support day-to-day management, trading and optimisation of the ASOS website across devices. You will help with site merchandising, search optimisation, and building on-site pages to balance commercial and brand priorities.

You will collaborate with the Digital Trading Specialist and Manager to drive customer journeys, conversions and multi-market performance. A hands-on, proactive and analytical approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience of using online merchandising systems is preferable but not required.
• Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment.
• Commercially aware, customer obsessed with the ability to use initiative and intuition.

Responsibilities

• Ensure website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and the customer journey.
• Contribute to trade reporting (category and search) and create ad hoc reports to track engagement.
• Interpret performance data to identify opportunities to optimise the customer journey and onsite experience.
• Assist in managing and optimising category and navigation across channels and devices.
• Support onsite search management and ensure optimal configuration across markets.
• Coordinate homepage, promo and CRM processes with stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver trade events and key initiatives.
• Support campaign launches and rollout of new features and digital products.
• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
