Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Digital Trading Assistant to support day-to-day management, trading and optimisation of ASOS website(s) across devices. You will work with the Digital Trading Specialist and Manager to balance commercial and brand priorities and enhance the onsite customer journey, driving conversion across markets.

The role involves site standards, trade reporting, data interpretation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for campaigns and new features rollout.

Qualifications

• Organisational and coordination skills required.
• Experience with online merchandising systems is preferred but not essential.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills to support trading decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise site merchandising across devices.
• Support trade reporting and analyse customer engagement data.
• Assist in managing category navigation and onsite search across markets.
• Coordinate homepage, promotions, and CRM processes with stakeholders.
• Support campaign launches and new digital features rollout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute trade events and initiatives.
