Job summary

Wickes in Watford is seeking a senior Digital Trading professional to lead the trading plan across our website and digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with Commercial teams on promotions, range reviews and newness to drive online performance.

Lead one direct report, and use analytics to improve traffic, conversion, and path-to-purchase. You will leverage page-level insights to shape merchandising, discovery, and AI-enabled optimizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital eCommerce trading or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of product discovery and visual merchandising.
• Proven ability to analyse data and drive actions for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Trading Plan across categories, collaborating with Commercial teams.
• Optimize online experience including site search, visual merchandising, and cross-sell tactics.
• Analyse customer journeys to pinpoint and fix friction points.
