Job summary

Wickes Building Supplies Ltd is hiring a Digital Trading Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to grow online sales for wickes.co.uk, apps, and in-store digital touchpoints. You will own the trading plan for designated categories and lead web merchandising, analytics, and performance-driven growth.

Reporting to Commercial, you’ll manage one direct report, collaborate with Buying and Planning, and focus on design & installation (D&I) as well as flooring and tiling to optimise traffic,

Qualifications

6+ years of digital trading experience in eCommerce.
Strong web analytics, CRO, and merchandising skills.
Experience with CMS and product discovery platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver the digital trading plan for key categories.
Optimise online experience, merchandising, bundling and cross-sell.
Analyse customer journeys and reduce friction.
Collaborate with Buying, Planning and Commercial teams to drive growth.
Develop and mentor one direct report.
