Job summary

Regatta is seeking a detail-focused Digital Trading Assistant to bring product content to life across our digital channels. You will manage uploads, descriptions and promotions, working with Pimberly, Bloomreach and analytics tools while supporting regional launches.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Planning, Marketing and Digital teams to optimise pages, monitor performance and ensure GDPR compliance. A strong eye for data and customer experience will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Entry-level digital trading experience in a fast-paced commercial environment preferred but not essential.
• Numerate with experience handling large data sets.
• Appreciation for consumer-experience and customer journey.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Lookups and Pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Upload products to the website with accurate pricing, availability and product info.
• Maintain product descriptions and coordinate translations for regional launches.
• Support optimization of product and collection pages to improve customer experience.
• Manage product information within Pimberly and keep content up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve content issues.
• Assist with creation/maintenance of collection and campaign landing pages.
• Set up promotional activity including discount codes and multi-buy offers.
• Monitor uploads, stock availability and trading performance; report to the team.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Planning, Marketing and Digital teams.
• Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.

We're looking for a detail-focused Digital Trading Assistant to help bring Regatta's products to life across our digital channels.

If you enjoy working with data, are confident using Excel and take pride in getting the details right first time, you'll fit right in.

You’ll be comfortable managing a busy workload, handling routine tasks with accuracy and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your work will help ensure our customers can easily discover, shop and enjoy the products they need for their next outdoor adventure.

How you'll make an impact:

• Upload products to the website, ensuring pricing, availability and product information are accurate and on time.

As our future Digital Trading Assistant you will have:

• Entry-level Digital trading experience in a similar fast-paced commercial environment and industry would be preferred but not essential. - Numerate, with experience utilising large data.
• Appreciation for consumer-experience, including consideration of the customer journey.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge (Lookups and Pivot tables)

Preferable experience across:

• Microsoft OneDrive.
• Product & stock management systems e.g. ERP. Relevant systems
• Site merchandising systems e.g. Bloomreach
• Digital analytics solutions e.g. Google Analytics (360), Contentsquare.
• Analytics / BI systems e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI.
