Job summary

Merthyr Valleys Homes is seeking a Digital Systems Trainer & Change Coordinator to drive digital adoption across the organisation. You will design, deliver and evaluate engaging training, helping staff embrace Microsoft 365 tools and cloud-based ways of working.

You will support UAT, manage test scripts, and coordinate change activities with a focus on responsible AI use. The role is hybrid, requiring a mix of in-office and remote work, with two days per week based at our Merthyr Tydfil offices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating engaging training content for diverse audiences.
• Ability to tailor learning to different skill levels and delivery methods.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including creating test scripts and documenting defects.
• Familiarity with using Azure DevOps or similar platforms to track testing and delivery activities.
• Experience delivering training on AI tools and responsible AI use.
• Background in e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate training content for staff and others to embed digital practices.
• Support the adoption of new digital tools and systems across the organisation.
• Create and manage test scripts, capture evidence and report defects during UAT.
• Coordinate change activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
