Merthyr Valleys Homes is seeking a Digital Systems Trainer & Change Coordinator to drive digital adoption across the organisation. You will design, deliver and evaluate engaging training, helping staff embrace Microsoft 365 tools and cloud-based ways of working.

Are you our ideal candidate? We are looking for a Digital Systems Trainer & Change Coordinator to join our Digital Transformation Team and support the successful adoption of modern digital tools, new systems, and improved ways of working across the organisation.
The role will design, deliver, and continuously improve accessible training and change support for staff and our democratic body helping users build confidence and embed effective digital working practices.
Experience supporting the adoption of Microsoft 365 applications and helping users transition from legacy Office applications to cloud-based ways of working is essential.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week based at our offices in Merthyr Tydfil.
As our successful candidate, you will have experience designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training content for a variety of audiences, tailoring learning to different skill levels and delivery methods. You will be confident supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test scripts, recording evidence, documenting defects, and ensuring both functionality and training requirements are met. You'll be experienced in using Azure DevOps or similar platforms to track, manage, and communicate testing and delivery activities. You will also have experience delivering training on AI tools and responsible AI use, helping colleagues understand practical applications, benefits, risks, and safe ways of working. In addition, you'll bring experience of e-learning platforms, online course design, and blended learning approaches, creating effective learning experiences that support user adoption and development.
