The Digital Systems Support & Training Officer will be responsible for supporting GMMH system users with all aspects of systems administration and user training/support. The role focuses on ensuring that users have appropriate support and guidance before, during, and after gaining access to GMMH systems. This involves identifying training needs, developing training materials, and planning/delivering training sessions. The role also includes certain system administration and maintenance duties in close liaison with IM&T colleagues, end users, and staff within services.
