This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Positive Behaviour Support Team who provide person-centred and specialist behavioural interventions for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

A position has now become available for a National Positive Behaviour Support Training Officer to join our team. In this post you will be responsible for the development, review and delivery of our ?Advanced Practice in PBS' credit rated training programme (SCQF level 9 programme awarded at 30 credits), accessed throughout the year by our frontline managers.

This includes designing and delivering tutorials, workshops, reflective practice and mentoring opportunities for each candidate registered on the programme of study. Throughout the year, you will hold a case load of candidates, with direct responsibility for managing all aspects of their training journey including assessment deadlines and submissions, grading and verification of their coursework.
