Job summary

Homecarers Care Services is seeking a Digital Systems & Improvement Officer to support our core business systems, including the Access suite and Power BI. You will help improve data quality and provide practical training to system users.

This role focuses on people and processes, not traditional IT support. You will identify improvements, collaborate with managers, and travel between locations, with office work three days weekly in the Midlands or North West.

Qualifications

• Experience with business systems and data quality improvements is preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver practical training to system users.
• Interest in automation, AI and digital innovation to improve workflows.
