A health organization in Norwich is seeking a Digital Support Officer to provide administrative support for various digital projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in health or social care and be skilled in communication and project management. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance digital transformation in health and social care.
We have an exciting vacancy for a Digital Support Officer in the Digital Team of the Norfolk & Waveney ICB. The post provides administrative support to the team in monitoring and managing projects, including project reporting, scheduling, resources, allocation and task tracking. It is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will support the Digital Team, work with providers and partner organisations across the ICS on a range of projects aligned with the DPMO (Digital Project Management Office) functions.
You will be organised, motivated, and an excellent communicator who can provide practical support for all stakeholders. You will be confident using software to create high-quality marketing communications and training materials shared via a variety of channels, including social media. We are a team passionate about digital transformation in health and social care.
