Job summary

Cubaka is an award-winning Social Media agency based in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategist to turn complex client challenges into clear, actionable strategies across B2B and B2C brands.

You will own strategic projects, working with Client Partnership, Design, Content and Paid Media teams to ensure strategy guides development from brief to execution and measurement. A consultative mindset and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media or content strategy within an agency, consultancy or in-house team.
• Ability to turn client needs into clear, practical, evidence-based recommendations.
• Knowledge of audience growth, channel planning, content distribution and channel roles in buyer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead social and content strategies for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients.
• Translate briefs into defined objectives, priorities and actionable recommendations.
• Develop audience strategies and growth plans across organic and paid ecosystems.
• Create channel strategies and guide creative briefs with design/content teams.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
