Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a Social Strategist for an award-winning, culture-led creative agency. You will shape social-first campaigns, uncover audience insights and develop strategies that drive measurable business impact.

You’ll lead social strategy from research through to platform and campaign recommendations, work across content, creator, paid and earned channels, and present to senior stakeholders while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Proven social strategy experience within an agency environment.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, communities, creators and emerging trends.
• Strong research and insight skills across qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Experience developing integrated social strategies across paid, owned, earned and influencer activity.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for culture, digital behaviour and the evolving social landscape.

Responsibilities

• Leading social strategy from insight and research through to platform, content and campaign recommendations.
• Developing social-first thinking across content, creator, paid and earned channels.
• Turning audience, social listening and cultural insights into clear strategic direction and creative briefs.
• Partnering closely with creative teams to develop standout work that cuts through in-feed.
• Building measurement frameworks and evaluating performance to optimise future activity.
• Presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and supporting new business pitches.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the strategy function.
