Job summary

Digital Silk is seeking a senior Digital Strategist to lead client relationships and provide strategic guidance to grow their business online. You will create web & marketing strategies, lead branding, design, development & marketing teams on building custom sites and effective campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in digital project leadership, strong copywriting, and the ability to work with US clients from a remote UK setting, with EST working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch.
• Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing custom websites and marketing projects.
• Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish.
• Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines.
• Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges.
• Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects.
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks.

Responsibilities

• Create website & marketing strategies, and present them to the client.
• Create optimized header messaging for websites and guide designers on UX conversion funnels.
• Lead website projects from concept to launch.
• Show value to clients and upsell on marketing to drive growth.
• Provide feedback to improve design, UX, and marketing performance on each client account.
• Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation to achieve the best results.
• Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool, and accounts are up to date.
• Collaborate with marketing and development directors on delivering quality results.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.
