Job summary

Digital Silk is seeking a senior Digital Strategist to lead client relationships and provide strategic guidance to grow their business online. You will create web and marketing strategies, lead branding, design, development and marketing teams on building custom sites and effective campaigns.

Responsibilities include presenting strategies, guiding UX/conversion efforts, leading projects from concept to launch, and showcasing value to clients to upsell services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading website projects from concept to launch
• 5+ years managing clients and internal web teams
• 3+ years managing custom websites and marketing projects
• Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft effective headlines
• Proven digital space experience with solutions to challenges
• Ability to collaborate with sales to drive new projects
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks

Responsibilities

• Create website and marketing strategies and present them to clients
• Create optimized header messaging for websites and guide designers on UX funnels
• Lead website projects from concept to launch and ensure quality results
• Show value to clients and upsell on marketing to grow campaigns
• Give feedback to improve design, UX and marketing performance
• Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation
• Ensure projects are set up properly in project management tools
• Collaborate with marketing and development directors to deliver results
• Report to the CEO on team performance and metrics

This is for a full‑time, remote‑work‑at‑home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch
• Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects
• Over 3 years of experience in managing custom websites and marketing projects
• Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish
• Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines
• Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges
• Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks
