Real Chemistry in the UK is seeking a Manager, Digital & Social Activation to lead paid social campaigns and integrated digital strategies for healthcare clients.

You will work with global teams on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms, translating client goals into audience targeting, content recommendations and performance reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, project management and staying ahead of platform developments, with flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on paid social experience across Meta and LinkedIn with audience targeting, budgeting, optimization and reporting.
• Understanding of content strategy and creative best practices across multiple channels.
• Confidence in day-to-day client management and presentation delivery.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit and search within an integrated activation strategy.
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented and project management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Agency and/or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day digital and social lead across client accounts.
• Plan, execute, optimize and report on paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and quality control for campaigns.
• Translate audience insights into actionable recommendations for digital strategy and channel planning.
• Partner with creative, analytics, paid media and strategy teams to deliver integrated programmes.
• Support new business through research, insights and presentations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments across social media and digital engagement.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues.
