Job summary

Freebridge Community Housing is looking for a Digital Skills Trainer to join the Technology Team in King’s Lynn. You will shape and deliver technology-based training, aligning training with business ambitions and customer service goals.

You will design IT training for housing and property management systems, deliver across multiple channels, and develop manuals and materials to support colleagues at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of Housing and Property Management systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering IT training programmes that are engaging and effective.
• Hands-on support to teams to build confidence and capability in systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, develop and deliver consistent IT application and data training across Freebridge, focusing on key projects and training needs.
• Oversee training of key business applications and support the implementation of new features and workflows.
• Deliver IT training through classroom-based sessions as well as on-the-job, floor-walking and remote methods.
• Build and maintain IT training courses and materials for staff at all levels across the organisation.
• Develop training manuals for all systems and manage them through the full training lifecycle.
• Collaborate with People Team on training needs analysis and align to business priorities.
