Job summary

Balance Education Limited is seeking a Digital Skills Trainer to deliver practical Microsoft Office training to adult learners in Lancashire. You will work with small groups, creating an engaging learning environment to build workplace confidence.

The role is freelance with flexible delivery schedules and 4–5 hour sessions, supporting learners with varying abilities; Balance Education Limited acts as a recruitment and training provider and conducts safeguarding checks.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, teaching or coaching adults.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to adapt delivery to different learner abilities.

We're looking for an engaging Digital Skills Trainer to deliver practical Microsoft Office training to adult learners as part of a short programme designed to improve workplace digital skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trainer, tutor or IT professional who enjoys delivering interactive sessions and making technology accessible to learners of all abilities.

You'll be working with small groups, creating an enjoyable learning environment while developing skills that can make a real difference to people's careers.
