Job summary

York College is seeking a Digital Skills Coach (Teachers) to help educators confidently use digital technology to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment. You will work with staff to develop their digital skills and pedagogy, delivering practical training and coaching across Microsoft 365 tools, AI and emerging technologies.

The successful candidate will drive digital innovation across the College, explore immersive learning and new approaches, and turn these technologies into engaging

Qualifications

• Experience in using digital technology and ability to train others.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and interest in AI.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical training, coaching and support to teaching staff.
• Develop teachers' digital skills and pedagogy for digital learning.
• Support adoption of AI and emerging technologies in teaching.
