Job summary

Cosmic is seeking a Digital Skills Trainer to help people build confidence with digital tools. The role spans online and in-person delivery across the South West, including Devon and Somerset, with regional travel.

You will design high-quality learning experiences, support diverse learners, and develop resources while contributing to funded and commercial projects. Competitive salary £30k–£36k depending on experience. Hybrid working with travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops, coaching or group sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong digital skills and confidence with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to engage and motivate a wide range of learners.
• Experience supporting individuals to develop new skills and confidence.
• Commitment to inclusion and accessible learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging digital skills training online and face-to-face.
• Facilitate workshops, courses and one-to-one learning support.
• Support learners of diverse backgrounds and confidence levels.
• Design and adapt learning materials to meet learner needs.
• Promote learner engagement and progression.
• Maintain learner records and programme documentation.
